Reports

The "Reports" tab contains three reports that summarise your finances:

  • Profit and Loss
  • Balance Sheet
  • Trial Balance
In addition to these reports, you can also print the information displayed in the Accounts, Transactions, Ledger, Reconciliation and Contacts tabs.

Profit and Loss

The "Profit and Loss" report presents a summary of your revenues and expenses for any given period.

You can change the report period by clicking the "Report Options..." button in the top right corner of the "Reports" tab.

Balance Sheet

The "Balance Sheet" report presents a summary of your asset, liability and equity account balances at any given date.

You can change the report period by clicking the "Report Options..." button in the top right corner of the "Reports" tab.

Balance Sheet Report

Trial Balance

The "Trial Balance" report presents a summary of all accounts balances (ie, assets, liabilities, equities, revenues and expenses) at any given date.

You can change the report period by clicking the "Report Options..." button in the top right corner of the "Reports" tab.
