Andrew is passionate about using technology to reshape the financial services industry to make processes simple, fast and fair – starting with digital home loans.

Andrew brings 20 years of financial services experience and prior to Nano was Chief Operating Officer of the BT Financial Group, leading a team of over 2,000 people to drive strategy, operations, distribution and digital.

In 2019 with his wealth of knowledge in mortgage lending, property finance, leasing and turnarounds, Andrew co-founded Nano.

He has extensive experience in managing large teams, complex programs and delivering transformational change. Andrew currently leads a team of 60 innovators who are radically reshaping the industry,

Andrew completed his MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2003.

Chris wants to transform the mortgage market and get the best value for customers.  Frustrated by outdated processes he co-created Nano.

As an innovation-oriented executive, Chris looks to make complex issues simple with new technology and data which puts customers first. He focuses on constantly improving the user experience and customer outcomes with a belief that simplicity and transparency will drive better results. Chris is the product architect of Nano’s digital mortgage, responsible for marketing, product design and delivery, and user experience.

He leans on his experiences and expertise gained with 25 years of financial services experience across strategy, digital transformation, product, distribution and finance including numerous executive positions at Westpac.

As the Chief Product Officer at Nano, Shaun has a keen eye for all things digital. He saw outdated and traditional processes being used in the Australian mortgage market and knew there was a digital solution which could achieve better value for customers.

As an experienced business leader and expert problem solver, Shaun specialises in fintech, digital products and consumer banking. He focuses on building and managing an ever-improving customer centric product, placing them at the heart of the journey. Drawing on data and analytics, Shaun finds unique insights into the development and delivery of products to better the user experience.

Shaun draws on his extensive experience across the UK, Australia, and Africa. As a founding member Shaun was instrumental in the technological design of Australia’s first digital challenger bank, Volt. Additionally, Shaun acted as Head of mortgage products for Barclays and Head of specialised finance for Westpac.

Shaun was also selected as a participant of Seth Godin’s altMBA, designed to accelerate leaders who are change agents of the future and in this spirit, he is currently a community partner for Fintech Connector, linking innovators with enablers across the world.
