Yes you can schedule payments to payees with a BSB and Account number from within the Nano App. Login to the Nano App, tap ‘Pay’ from the bottom menu, and then tap ‘Make a payment’. Enter your payee details and chose to ‘Schedule’ the payment. Be sure to upgrade to the latest version of the app. Schedule payments to a payee using a BPAY number coming soon.

Yes, we have our very own Nano app which can be downloaded from either the Apple iOS or Android app stores and accessed after you settle your loan and become a Nano customer.

Generally speaking, the newer the version, the better the performance, but it is recommended that you have at least iOS 9 or Android 6 (Marshmallow).

The New Payments Platform (NPP) is national infrastructure supporting real-time data-rich payments for the Australian digital economy.

Osko by BPAY is an overlay service developed for use on the NPP. Launched in February 2018, its first iteration enables real-time peer-to-peer payments via the user’s regular internet or mobile banking service. It also enables users to include up to 280 characters to describe their payments, including emojis.

Via the NPP, Nano customers can make ‘real-time’ ‘Osko’ transfers between their Nano offset sub-account and different banks and providers, 24/7, 365 days a year. NPP payments can currently be initiated using a BSB and Account number (Nano does not yet support the use of PayID to make payments, such as a phone number or email address).

Note that both the sending and receiving financial institution must support Osko payments to be able to realise the benefits of real-time payments.

Yes, you can securely pay your bills using BPAY from your offset sub-account in the Nano app. To make a BPAY payment in your Nano app, tap on ‘Pay’ from the bottom menu, “make a payment” and then tap “BPAY biller”.

You must be an existing Nano customer to use our Nano app (meaning, you must have a settled home loan with us).

  • If you have already been approved for a home loan with Nano that has not yet settled, we will let you know when you can download the app once settlement is complete. Watch your inbox for an email from us.
  • If you have a settled home loan with Nano, please ensure to use the email address and mobile number provided in your loan application when signing up for the Nano app in either the Apple iOS or Android app stores.

Currently, Nano does not offer international money transfers. You can, however, use your Nano card for international transactions. All transactions in foreign currencies are converted into Australian dollars and will be processed using the foreign exchange rate determined by Visa at the time of settlement. Nano does not charge fees, margins, or spreads for foreign exchange payments.
